When I pour coffee I always remember
My mothers’ Clammy Cherry Trees tea
With milk, a dash of nutmeg for the final touch

The little things we remember out of the blue,
Where the things we hated the most growing up
I am surprised that outsider didn’t westernizer it
And called it their own….. Brand

My cousin and I would sit on front porch and
Sipped that hot tea until it was all gone
I love my country girl side of me,
Wild and carefree, hungry but happy at the same time
Memories warm you up from the inside.
Just like my cup of clammy cherry tea

The little things we remember out of the blue,
Where the things we hated the most growing up
